The Equality Framework is an exciting new initiative to enhance organisational performance through equality and diversity.

With equality and diversity becoming increasingly important in the further education sector through the introduction of the limiting grade under the Common Inspection Framework, Lifelong Learning UK has developed the framework to assist providers to deliver consistent standards when considering the needs of diverse staff, learners and local communities.
